Foundation pit concrete enclosing purlin and support rapid dismantling construction method
The invention relates to a foundation pit concrete enclosing purlin and support rapid dismantling construction method. The method comprises the following five steps that 1, before the concrete enclosing purlin and the support are constructed, a separation sleeve is pre-buried between the concrete enclosing purlin and a pile foundation, and segmented sleeves are pre-buried in the concrete enclosing purlin and the support at the same time; 2, prefabricated hanging rings are installed at the positions of the upper tops of the concrete enclosing purlins and the supports, and the prefabricated hanging rings are embedded before the concrete enclosing purlins and the supports are poured; 3, before the concrete enclosing purlins and the supports are dismantled, scaffolds are erected below the concrete enclosing purlins; 4, during dismantling, splitters of a plurality of hydraulic splitting machines need to be placed into a plurality of adjacent separation sleeves and the corresponding segmented sleeves; and 5, after the scaffold is erected, when the concrete enclosing purlins and the supports are dismantled, lifting hooks of an automobile crane need to be clamped into the corresponding prefabricated hanging rings, the whole body is lifted out and transported outwards after the concrete enclosing purlins and the supports are dismantled in a segmented mode, dust, noise and vibration can be avoided in the dismantling process, and dismantling is safer and more efficient while the field operation intensity is reduced.
