The invention discloses a fabricated heat-preservation energy-saving house in the technical field of fabricated houses. The fabricated heat-preservation energy-saving house comprises a motor and a bottom ring plate; an anti-inversion device is arranged in the center of the bottom ring plate; the motor is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the bottom ring plate; an output shaft of the motor is in transmission connection with the anti-inversion device, and a limiting ring plate is arranged on the anti-inversion device; the limiting ring plate is fixedly arranged in the center of the base ring plate; a driving lead screw is rotationally arranged in the center of the limiting ring plate; and an upper connecting lead screw is inserted into the upper end of the driving lead screw. The problems that due to the fact that an existing temporary house needs to be repeatedly used, a large number of hoisting equipment needs to be used when a conventional assembled house is assembled and disassembled, the installation process is too slow, and the building speed is low are solved; and secondly, the problem of low transportation efficiency is also caused on the premise of slow installation due to too many parts of an existing fabricated house.
