Anti-falling device for steel wire rope of garage door and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-falling device for a steel wire rope of a garage door and a mounting method thereof. The device provides anti-falling protection for the steel wire rope when a garage door body is started and descended. The anti-falling device comprises a top lever, two sets of frame bodies, a winding structure, two sets of frame plates welded to the corresponding frame bodies and pressing assemblies located in the corresponding frame bodies. The winding structure comprises a transmission shaft movably mounted in the top lever in a penetrating mode, two sets of winding wheels fixedly connected to the transmission shaft in a sleeving mode, a plurality of sets of spiral grooves evenly formed in the corresponding winding wheels, and two sets of torsional springs slidably connected to the transmission shaft in a sleeving mode. The pressing assemblies are used for pressing and limiting the winding wheels. According to the anti-falling device, static fixation in a winding/unwinding process can be kept, the stability of lifting of the garage door body driven by the steel wire rope is improved, and the steel wire rope in the tensioning state is positioned to prevent loosening, so that the problem that the steel wire rope is loosened and disengaged is effectively solved, and safe use of the garage door is guaranteed.
