The isolation door comprises a door opening and closing mechanism, a disinfectant spraying mechanism and an irradiation disinfection mechanism; the door is a flexible roller shutter door, and a vertical-strip-shaped disinfectant spraying hose is integrated in the door; after the door is closed, disinfectant can be sprayed out from the interior for disinfection; the roller shutter door is opened and closed by driving a reel to rotate through gear transmission; the disinfectant spraying mechanism is installed at the top of the door, adopts a lead screw driving structure, and can move in the horizontal direction, the front-back direction and the left-right direction, so that the spraying range is maximized, and the space range needing disinfection can be fully covered; the irradiation disinfection mechanism adopts ultraviolet light, and the irradiation angle of a lamp can be automatically adjusted through driving of an air cylinder and cooperation of a swing mechanism; comprehensive disinfection of the inner space of the door is achieved through disinfectant spraying and disinfection of the ultraviolet lamp; multi-directional movement of disinfectant spraying and automatic adjustment of the irradiation angle of the irradiation disinfection mechanism are achieved; and all-directional disinfection without dead corners is achieved.
