The invention discloses a seat ring and a toilet bowl thereof. The seat ring comprises a seat ring body, and a flushing module, a first lighting piece, a second lighting piece, a heating piece and an electric control module which are at least partially positioned in the seat ring body, the seat ring body comprises a seat ring upper cover and a seat ring lower cover; the flushing module comprises a water inlet piece, a nozzle assembly and a water path adjusting assembly. The first lighting piece corresponds to the nozzle assembly, and the second lighting piece corresponds to the water way adjusting assembly. The heating piece is arranged on the seat ring body and is used for heating the seat ring upper cover; the electric control module comprises a main control board and an electric control operation piece which are arranged in the seat ring body; the electric control operation piece is in signal connection with the main control board to control the first lighting piece, the second lighting piece and the heating piece to be turned on and turned off, the toilet bowl adopts the seat ring, the three functions of flushing, heating and lighting are integrated, the size is small, and the assembling is easy.
