Cracking-free water-permeable concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses cracking-free water-permeable concrete, which is prepared from, by weight, 1500 kg to 2000 kg of porous aggregate, 300 kg to 350 kg of cement, 10 kg to 50 kg of SR increasing agents, 20 kg to 60 kg of flame retardants, 10 kg to 50 kg of silicate, 100 kg to 140 kg of water, 10 kg to 50 kg of humectants and 60 kg to 100 kg of anti-cracking agents. In the pervious concrete not easy to crack, the coarse aggregates of single size fraction or discontinuous size fraction are used as a framework, and certain gaps exist among the aggregates, so that the interior of the concrete is breathable through the arrangement of the porous aggregates, and the concrete has a certain difference from common concrete. No matter which state the road made of the pervious concrete is in, water can enter the ground through the pervious concrete; therefore, the phenomenon of water accumulation on the road surface is avoided. Moreover, in the stirring process of the pervious concrete, the stirring time is controlled according to specific actual conditions, and the mechanical stirring time can be properly prolonged; however, the stirring time is not too long.
