The invention relates to the technical field of materials, and discloses a mining inorganic reinforcing material which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 21.9%-27.3% of water, 37.5%-38.3% of sulphoaluminate cement, 1.2%-2.0% of sodium carbonate, 3.9%-5.9% of lime, 19.5%-26.6% of gypsum, 7.8%-11.7% of stone powder and 0.8%-1.2% of a water reducing agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the mining inorganic reinforcing material. The material is a pure inorganic material, the reaction temperature is low, and the ignition risk is avoided. In the material solidification process, bleeding and precipitation are avoided, and good fluidity and high groutability are achieved. After the material is injected into a coal-rock mass, the bearing capacity of the coal-rock mass can be quickly improved.
