The invention belongs to the technical field of grouting and hole guiding, discloses a hole collapse prevention grouting and hole guiding method, and aims to solve the problem of high cost caused by the fact that a steel floral tube cannot be recycled during grouting and hole guiding. The method comprises the steps that (1) after a to-be-grouted hole is formed, a clamping groove and a clamping tongue of a steel pipe of a grouting hole guiding device are connected in a clamped mode, and the grouting hole guiding device is pressed into or driven into the grouting hole to a set depth; (2) a grouting pipe is put into the steel pipe to a set depth; (3) the steel pipe is upwards pulled out to separate the clamping groove and the clamping tongue of the steel pipe until the steel pipe is completely pulled out, and a spring and the clamping tongue lose the blocking effect of the steel pipe to drive a first rack to be inserted into a soil body; and (4) grouting is conducted through the grouting pipe, and reinforcement is completed. The steel pipes can be recycled, the cost is reduced, meanwhile, the bearing capacity can be improved, and the reinforcing effect is improved.
