The concrete inspection well comprises a well lid, a well cylinder, a well chamber and a base, wherein the well lid comprises a well mouth, a fixing piece, a metal lid body and a sealing ring, the well cylinder comprises a cylinder wall and a well ring, the well chamber comprises a concrete well wall, a plurality of reinforcing ribs, a waterproof layer and a reinforcing layer, and the base comprises a chassis, a plurality of pipeline connectors and water seepage prevention rings. According to the concrete inspection well, the well lid is sealed through the sealing ring, so that the situation that sewage enters the inspection well from the well mouth can be effectively prevented; the well chamber is additionally provided with the reinforcing ribs for increasing the compressive strength on the outer side of the concrete well wall, and the waterproof layer is further added, so that water seepage caused by loose concrete materials is prevented; and the water seepage prevention rings capable of improving the pipeline connection tightness is also added to the position, connected with a pipeline, of the base, so that the problem that an existing concrete inspection well is prone to water seepage due to poor sealing performance is solved.
