The invention discloses a novel intelligent anti-theft well lid for a cable well. The well lid comprises a lid body arranged on a well seat and is characterized in that a locking device is arranged in the lid body and comprises a knob, a connecting rod, limiting blocks and a lock rod, wherein the knob covers the middle position of the lid body, one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the knob, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the lock rod, the limiting blocks are fixedly arranged on the periphery of the knob, a limiting hole for the lock rod to penetrate through is formed in the limiting block, the lock rod is arranged in the limiting block through the limiting hole, and when the knob is rotated through the unlocking device, the connecting rod drives the lock rod to stretch out of the cover body to be clamped into the well seat. A well lid monitor comprises a power supply module, an acceleration sensor, a GPS positioning module and a wireless communication module. Compared with the prior art, the well lid has the following advantages that the structure is simple, the sealing performance is good, supervisors can be helped to find out abnormity of a pipe network and the well lid in time, measures can be taken quickly, accidents or disasters are avoided, and personnel and property losses are reduced.
