The invention relates to the field of indoor decoration structures, and discloses a suspended ceiling assembly and a top plate hanging assembly. The suspended ceiling assembly comprises a keel frame and a plurality of top plate hanging assemblies, wherein the top plate hanging assemblies are matched with mounting openings which are formed in the keel frame; each top plate hanging assembly comprises a top plate and a water collecting hopper, mounting parts are arranged on the side faces of the top plate correspondingly, the mounting parts and the top plate cover the mounting openings, a plurality of connecting pieces penetrate through the space between each mounting part and the keel frame, deformable water collecting pieces are arranged on the tops of the connecting pieces, the water collecting pieces on the connecting pieces which are located on the same mounting part are sequentially overlapped to form a water collecting pipe, and the water collecting hopper is used for receiving leaked water and guiding the leaked water into the water collecting pipe; and a water diversion pipeline network and a plurality of water guide pipes are distributed on the keel frame, the two ends of each water guide pipe are in overlapped lap joint with the corresponding water collecting pipe, the water guide pipes are connected with the water diversion pipeline network, and water in the water collecting pipes is drained into indoor downpipes through the water guide pipes and the water diversion pipeline network.
