The invention discloses a vibrator and a vibrating method of the vibrator. The vibrator comprises a vibrating rod main body and an extension main body, wherein the extension main body comprises a steel pipe section and an extension section; the steel pipe section is provided with a steel pipe cavity; the inner diameter of the steel pipe section is greater than the diameter of the vibrating rod main body; the extension section comprises a plurality of extension steel pipes with the same diameter; the two adjacent extension steel pipes are movably connected; and the diameter of the extension steel pipes is smaller than the diameter of the vibrating rod main body. The vibrating method comprises the following steps of: positioning the position of a double-layer steel plate shear wall and placing an elevation line of the double-layer steel plate shear wall; binding steel bars and welding double-layer steel plates; mounting a template supporting system; pouring concrete in layers and vibrating in layers, wherein the thickness of each layer of poured concrete is 500mm; inserting the extension steel pipes of the vibrator into a side wall template of the double-layer steel plate shear wall; inserting the vibrating rod main body into the steel pipe section; and starting vibrating work. The concrete at dense steel bars can be vibrated and compacted, so that the concrete pouring quality is improved.
本发明公开了一种振捣器及振捣器的振捣方法,包括振捣棒主体及延长主体,延长主体包括钢管段及延长段,钢管段具有钢管腔,钢管段的内径大于振捣棒主体直径,延长段包括多节直径相同的延长钢管,相邻两节的延长钢管活动连接,延长钢管的直径小于振捣棒主体的直径。振捣方法包括定位双层钢板剪力墙的位置并放置双层钢板剪力墙的标高线、钢筋绑扎及双层钢板焊接、模板支撑体系安装、分层进行混凝土浇注及分层振捣,每层混凝土浇注的厚度为500mm;将振捣器的延长钢管插入双层钢板剪力墙侧壁模板内,并将振捣棒主体插入钢管段内,开启振捣作业。能对密集钢筋处的混凝土进行振捣密实,提高混凝土浇注质量。
