The invention discloses an ecological landscape bank protection system utilizing plant measures. The ecological landscape bank protection system comprises a slope surface, wherein a planting area A, a planting area B and a planting area C are sequentially formed on the surface of the slope surface from bottom to top, more than one row of horizontal planting areas are arranged in each planting area, each horizontal planting area is composed of a plurality of slope protection stones which are placed on the same plane at intervals, a plurality of planting grooves are formed in the top of each slope protection stone, plants are further planted in the planting grooves, at least one nutrient pipe surrounding all the slope protection stones is arranged in each row of horizontal planting areas, and the nutrient pipes are located at the corners of the inner sides of the planting grooves. According to the ecological landscape bank protection system utilizing the plant measures, multiple layers of different landscape plants are designed and can be placed according to different landscape requirements, so that different characteristic landscapes are constructed, multi-landscape ecological slope protection is achieved, meanwhile, normal operation of the ecological slope protection can be guaranteed, and the survival rate of the landscape plants can be increased and the cost consumption can be reduced through the designed water outlets and nutrient pipes.
