The invention discloses surface-treated ceramsite for concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: pre-absorbing water in ceramsite, and hardening and forming a film on the surface of the ceramsite by using a film forming material. Compared with traditional ceramsite, the prepared ceramsite can control the timeliness of water release of the water pre-absorbed ceramsite in concrete, the durability of the original ceramsite can be kept, an internal film forming material can be gradually broken after the concrete is hardened, and a better internal curing effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种经表面处理的混凝土用陶粒及其制备方法,该制备方法包括将陶粒预吸水后,利用成膜材料在陶粒表面硬化成膜。本发明制备的陶粒相较于传统的陶粒,可以控制预吸水陶粒在混凝土中释水的时效性,不仅可以保持原有陶粒的耐久性,内部的成膜材料还能在混凝土硬化后逐渐破裂,具有更好的内养护效果。
