The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering materials, in particular to an asphalt pavement old mixture regeneration method based on an epoxy resin system. The method comprises the following steps: drying the crushed old asphalt pavement material; preparing an epoxy resin system mixture from liquid epoxy resin and a curing agent; putting the old asphalt pavement material into a stirring pot containing an epoxy resin system mixture to prepare an epoxy asphalt regenerated mixture; curing a test piece prepared from the epoxy asphalt regenerated mixture; determining the optimal asphalt cement dosage of the epoxy asphalt regenerated mixture by adopting a Marshall method; and on the basis of the determined optimal asphalt cement dosage, determining the optimal mixing amount of the epoxy resin system through a track test, a small beam bending test, a freeze-thaw splitting test and a small beam fatigue test. The demand of the pavement material on mineral aggregate is greatly reduced, the pollution is small, the environment-friendly effect is realized, the greenhouse gas emission can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, a large amount of resources are saved.
本发明涉及道路工程材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于环氧树脂体系的沥青路面旧混合料再生方法。本方法步骤为:将破碎后的沥青路面旧料进行烘干处理;利用液体环氧树脂与固化剂制备形成环氧树脂体系混合物;将的沥青路面旧料投入含有环氧树脂体系混合物的拌锅内制备形成环氧沥青再生混合料;对环氧沥青再生混合料制备成的试件进行养生;采用马歇尔方法确定环氧沥青再生混合料的最佳沥青胶结料用量;确定的最佳沥青胶结料用量的基础上通过车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验、小梁疲劳试验确定环氧树脂体系的最佳掺量。本发明极大减少了路面材料对矿物集料的需求,污染小,对环境友好,可有效减少温室气体排放,同时大量节约资源。
