The invention relates to carbon fiber reinforced concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The carbon fiber reinforced concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, river sand, gravel, a water reducing agent, water and carbon fibers. According to the carbon fiber reinforced concrete provided by the invention, on the premise that only the carbon fibers are added into the admixture, components such as a dispersing agent or a coupling agent do not need to be additionally added, and by adding the mineral admixture (river sand), the bonding strength of the carbon fibers and a concrete matrix can be improved, the influence of an interface transition area on the concrete performance is reduced, and the carbon fiber reinforced concrete with high dynamic splitting tensile resistance is obtained.
