The invention relates to the technical field of railway maintenance, in particular to a railway maintenance device which comprises a cleaning mechanism, and the cleaning mechanism comprises an electric cylinder, a motor I driven by the electric cylinder to ascend and descend, and a connecting rod I with one end fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor I; a connecting rod II of which one end is hinged to the other end of the connecting rod I, a connecting piece hinged to the other end of the connecting rod II, a push plate I fixedly connected to the connecting piece, a base fixedly connected to a shell of a motor I, a convex seat fixedly connected to the base, and round steel II fixedly connected to the push plate I, and the round steel II is connected in the convex seat in a sliding manner. The purpose of the device is to reduce manpower during maintenance.
