The invention provides an intermittent foamed asphalt regeneration base layer construction process which comprises the following steps: step 1, pre-screening a milling material, and preparing the screened milling material into an RAP material; step 2, stirring for the first time, feeding the RAP material into a mixing station, adding medium powder, a new material and cement into the mixing station, and carrying out dry mixing for T1; step 3, stirring for the second time, injecting water into the mixing station, and then carrying out wet mixing for T2; and step 4, stirring for the third time, namely adding the foamed asphalt into the mixing station subjected to stirring for the second time, and stirring for T3. Through the process, the production efficiency of the foamed asphalt cold-recycled mixture can be improved, the productivity of the intermittent mixing station can be improved, and the project demand can be met.
本发明提供一种间歇式泡沫沥青再生基层施工工艺，包括以下步骤：步骤一、铣刨料预筛分，并将筛分完成的铣刨料配置成RAP料；步骤二、第一次搅拌，将RAP料送入拌合站，并在拌合站内添加中粉料、新料、水泥进行干拌，干拌时间为T1；步骤三、第二次搅拌，向拌合站内注水，然后湿拌，湿拌时间为T2；步骤四、第三次搅拌，向经过第二次搅拌的拌合站内添加发泡沥青进行搅拌，搅拌时间为T3，通过该工艺，可以提高发泡沥青冷再生混合料的生产效率，提高间歇式搅拌站的产能，满足项目赶工需要。
