The prefabricated assembled pier with the replaceable parts is characterized by comprising a bearing platform with a reserved cup opening foundation and a prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube pier body inserted into the reserved cup opening foundation, an embedded steel plate is arranged at the bottom of the bearing platform cup opening foundation, thereby satisfying a requirement for partial pressure bearing of the prefabricated steel tube concrete pier bottom; a plurality of high-strength connecting lug plates are welded to the portion, located above the bearing platform, of the bottom section of the prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube pier body, and the high-strength connecting lug plates are connected with replaceable anchoring-connecting assemblies through high-strength bolts, and the replaceable anchoring-connecting assembly is connected with an anchoring bottom steel plate pre-buried in the bearing platform through a high-strength bolt; the structure design is simple, the structure stress is clear, it can be guaranteed that the pier column has enough strength, rigidity and energy dissipation capacity, and the prefabricated assembled pier has the advantages that the pier column can be replaced after being damaged by the strong earthquake effect, and the function can be rapidly recovered.
