The invention relates to the technical field of road construction and particularly relates to an anti-collapse road and a construction method thereof. The anti-collapse road comprises a road surface layer, a roadbed layer and a drainage layer which are distributed from top to bottom, wherein a pipe channel is arranged in the drainage layer, a drainage pipeline is arranged in the pipe channel, and a gap between the drainage pipeline and the pipe channel is filled with a buffer medium; the space between the pipe channel and the drainage pipeline is filled with the buffer medium, the buffer medium is in a fluid form during filling, the gap can be better filled, after filling deflection and fluid solidification, the supporting and pressure resisting effects on the waterproof pipeline are achieved, pressure from the road surface is dispersed, the waterproof pipeline is prevented from being broken due to stress, therefore, the strength is increased, and collapse is avoided.
