Movable lintel device for pipe ditch
The invention discloses a movable lintel device for a pipe ditch. The movable lintel device comprises an anchor plate, a support plate, a rotating shaft, an inclined support plate, a hollow lintel, a baffle, a lock plate, a lock groove, a locking rod and a permanent magnet. The anchor plate is buried in the side wall of the pipe ditch and used for fixing the support plate. The support plate is provided with a circular hole for the rotating shaft to penetrate through. The rotating shaft is fixed to the inclined support plate, the hollow lintel and the baffle and can rotate by 90 degrees around the hole in the support plate. The baffle is arranged on the upper portion of the hollow lintel, the lock plate is arranged in the hollow lintel, and a strip-shaped hole is formed in the side edge of the hollow lintel. A handle of the lock plate stretches out of the strip-shaped hole in the side edge of the hollow lintel, and the lock plate moves in parallel along the interior of the hollow lintel through the handle. The lock groove is buried in the side wall, opposite to the anchor plate, of the pipe ditch. The permanent magnet is buried in the side wall, on the same side of the anchor plate, of the pipe ditch and can fix the opened hollow lintel. The locking rod can be independently put into and pulled out of a locking hole. According to the movable lintel device, the situation that a special-shaped cover plate appears at the intersection of the pipe ditch can be avoided, so that manufacturing and transporting of the device are simplified, sliding of the cover plate is limited, and overall maintenance conditions are provided for a pipeline.
