According to the connecting joint, bottom bars of a reinforced concrete precast beam are converted into anchorage devices which are made of steel wire ropes or prestressed tendons and have certain flexibility at the beam end, rectangular holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the bottom bars, of the precast beam of a wall plate of the concrete-filled steel tube column, after the precast beam is installed and falls to a certain height, the flexible anchorage devices are bent and stuffed into the rectangular holes, and the flexible anchorage devices extend into the concrete-filled steel tubular column along with continuous falling of the precast beam, so that the precast beam is anchored in a node area. The precast beam bottom bars are anchored in the concrete of the concrete-filled steel tubular column through the flexible anchorage devices, only holes need to be formed in the wall plate of the concrete-filled steel tubular column in advance, on-site welding construction and bolt screwing operation of a traditional concrete-filled steel tubular column and precast beam connecting joint do not exist on a construction site, connecting construction is convenient, quality is easy to control, and meanwhile, the flexible anchorage devices can avoid automatically, special avoiding design is not needed, and structural design and site construction are greatly facilitated.
