The invention discloses a sunlight room with a cooling function. The sunlight room comprises a room body, a ventilation layer and a water mist generating device, wherein the ventilation layer is arranged on the room body, a gap exists between the ventilation layer and the room body, and the water mist generating device is arranged on the room body and used for generating water mist. When the sunlight room is used, water mist can be generated by starting the water mist generating device so as to absorb heat near the room body to finally achieve the cooling effect, the sunlight room can form a double-layer heat insulation structure through the arrangement of the ventilation layer, and the temperature and heat in the room body are reduced. Through the combined arrangement of the water mist generating device and the ventilation layer, the temperature of the sunlight room can be adjusted, and the living experience of a user is improved.
