The wall assembly comprises a phase change layer, a heat pipe is arranged in the phase change layer, the radiation heat exchange assembly comprises a radiation plate, the radiation plate is connected with the heat pipe, the radiation plate is arranged on a roof, the phase change heat storage assembly comprises a solar water heater and a water storage tank, and the solar water heater communicates with the water storage tank. In summer, the indoor temperature can be effectively delayed to rise through the heat pipe and the radiation plate, and in winter, hot water generated by the solar water heater is conveyed into a water passing pipeline in the wall to conduct radiant heating on the indoor space.
