Double-chamber kiln cooling air control distribution method
The invention discloses a double-chamber kiln cooling air control distribution method which comprises the step that control distribution of cooling air is conducted on a double-chamber kiln. The double-chamber kiln comprises a kiln cylinder A and a kiln cylinder B. Cooling air inlet pipes at the kiln bottoms of the kiln cylinder A and the kiln cylinder B are connected with a cooling air release valve through two cooling air reversing valves correspondingly. The control step comprises the processes that during normal production, when the kiln cylinder A is calcined, the opening degree of a cooling air electric valve leading to the kiln cylinder A ranges from 30 degrees to 45 degrees, and the opening degree of a cooling air electric valve leading to the kiln cylinder B ranges from 60 degrees to 90 degrees; and when the kiln cylinder B is calcined, the opening degree of the cooling air electric valve leading to the kiln cylinder B ranges from 30 degrees to 45 degrees, and the opening degree of the cooling air electric valve leading to the kiln cylinder A ranges from 60 degrees to 90 degrees. According to the method, distribution of the cooling air of the existing double-chamber kiln can be further optimized, kiln faults such as air leakage of a sealing ring of a discharging gate plate are effectively handled, and the production efficiency is improved.
