The invention discloses an intelligent urinalysis device and an intelligent closestool. The urinalysis device comprises a shell. The shell is internally provided with a paper feeding and discharging mechanism, a sampling mechanism and a detection mechanism, wherein the paper feeding and discharging mechanism is provided with a paper inlet and a paper outlet which are formed in the shell, and a test paper conveying path is formed between the paper inlet and the paper outlet; the sampling mechanism is provided with a sampling end extending into the toilet urinal and a sample dripping end arranged on a test paper conveying path; and the detection mechanism is arranged on the test paper conveying path and is positioned at the downstream of the sample dripping end of the sampling mechanism. Test paper successively reaches the sample dripping end of the sampling mechanism and the detection mechanism along the test paper conveying path, sample dripping and detection are completed in the test paper advancing process, the operation is convenient and fast, and the service life is long; the test paper cannot be exposed in the toilet bowl urinal in the urinalysis process and cannot be affected with damp, and the test paper leaves from the paper discharging opening after urinalysis is finished and cannot be discharged into the toilet bowl urinal; after detection is completed, only the sampling mechanism needs to be cleaned, the detection interval time is short, and the urinalysis efficiency is high.
