The invention discloses intelligent chassis equipment, comprising: a bearing unit used for placing a vehicle; a first communication unit; a chassis controller which is used for planning a target path for driving to a target parking space according to the road condition information obtained by the first communication unit and the position information of the target parking space, and generating a driving control instruction according to the target path, the road condition information comprising at least one of vehicle information, pedestrian information and obstacle information in a passable area of a parking lot; and a driving unit which is controlled by the driving control instruction to carry a vehicle to the target parking space and park the vehicle in place. The invention also discloses an intelligent parking management system. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, automatic parking is realized while the parking requirement is met, and the parking time is saved for users.
