Embedded part device of assembled temporary pavement and use method thereof
The invention discloses an embedded part device of an assembled temporary pavement, which comprises a pair of matched embedded parts, the pair of embedded parts are respectively arranged in the adjacent assembled temporary pavements, and the pair of embedded parts are fastened and connected through fixing bolts after being matched. The use method of the embedded part device of the assembled temporary pavement comprises the following steps: 1) positioning and pouring the embedded parts to form the assembled temporary pavement with the connecting embedded parts; (2) when the adjacent assembled temporary pavements are assembled, aligning and matching the two embedded parts on the adjacent assembled temporary pavements; and (3) making fixing bolts penetrate through the connecting holes of the two embedded parts to be matched and fastened with nuts, so that the integral assembled temporary pavement is formed. The connection firmness of the assembled temporary pavement is improved through matched connection and fixation of embedded parts in the assembled temporary pavement; and the structure is simple, and the cost is relatively low.
本发明公开了一种拼装式临时路面的预埋件装置，包括相配合的一对预埋件，一对预埋件分别设在相邻的拼装式临时路面中，一对预埋件配合后通过固定螺栓紧固相连。拼装式临时路面的预埋件装置的使用方法，包括以下步骤：1)将预埋件定位浇注形成具有连接预埋件的拼装式临时路面；2)相邻拼装式临时路面拼装时，将相邻拼装式临时路面上的两预埋件对位配合；3)通过固定螺栓穿过两个预埋件的连接孔与螺母配合紧固，形成整体的拼装式临时路面。通过拼装式临时路面中预埋件配合连接固定，提高了拼装式临时路面连接牢固性；并且结构简单，成本相对较低。
