The invention provides a construction method of a precast beam plate pedestal. The construction method comprises the steps of arranging a material machining area, a beam plate production area and a beam storage area according to a beam plate design drawing; performing geological exploration according to the site position of the beam and slab prefabrication site; designing a beam field foundation treatment scheme according to geological exploration data; performing site filling according to the beam field arrangement diagram; carrying out site hardening and drainage facility construction; constructing a gantry crane track foundation, and installing a track and a gantry crane; arranging a platform film foundation in a beam field production area; performing binding construction of bench film foundation reinforcing steel bars; installing the two sides of the table film foundation through 5 # channel steel; mounting a table film foundation template; pouring and maintaining concrete; and mounting a steel plate with the thickness of 5mm. By means of the method, the problems that in the production process of the prefabricated beam plate, the beam plate is arched due to tensioning, and consequently a steel bar protection layer for follow-up construction of bridge deck pavement is insufficient are solved, the inverted arch is arranged on the prefabricated pedestal, beam plate arching can be counteracted during tensioning, the method is easy to operate, high in practicability and obvious in effect, and the cost can be saved.
本发明提出了一种预制梁板台座施工方法,包括:根据梁板设计图纸设置材料加工区、梁板生产区及存梁区;根据梁板预制场场地位置进行地勘;根据地勘资料进行梁场地基处理方案设计;根据梁场布置图进行场地填筑;进行场地硬化及排水设施施工;施工门吊轨道基础,并进行轨道及门吊安装;在梁场生产区进行台膜基础布置;台膜基础钢筋绑扎施工;台膜基础两侧采用5#槽钢安装;台膜基础模板安装;混凝土浇筑及养护;5mm厚钢板安装。本发明解决了预制梁板生产中由于张拉导致梁板起拱,导致桥面铺装后续施工钢筋保护层不够的问题,通过在预制台座上设置反拱,进行张拉时可以抵消梁板起拱,此方法操作简单,实用性高,并且效果明显,并且能起到节约成本。
