The horse-riding well comprises a horse-riding well shaft with an upper end and a lower end, an isolation sleeve that comprises an isolation sleeve body and a bearing ring extending outwards from the outer wall of the isolation sleeve body; the upper end of the horse-riding well shaft is inserted into the isolation sleeve body; and the upper end of the horse-riding well shaft is connected with the inner wall of the isolation sleeve body in a sealed mode. A pipe-jacking tunnel can be prevented from bearing relatively large ground dynamic loads, and the reliability of the pipe-jacking tunnel is improved.
