The invention discloses a quick connecting assembly of a steel structure and a steel structure building thereof, and relates to the technical field of steel structure connection. In order to solve the stability problem of steel structure connection, the assembly specifically comprises a connecting column, wherein connecting steel is welded to the circumferential outer walls of the four sides of the connecting column respectively, two guide holes are formed in the outer wall of the top of each connecting steel, a U-shaped clamping groove is formed in the outer wall of one side of each connecting steel, H-shaped steel is clamped in the U-shaped clamping groove, two connecting holes are formed in each of the top and the bottom of one end of the H-shaped steel, the connecting holes and the guide holes are the same in caliber, and the same limiting rod is inserted into each connecting hole and each guide hole, threaded grooves distributed at equal intervals are formed in the outer walls of the circumferences of the top and the bottom of each limiting rod, and fastening nuts are fixed to the circumferences of the top and the bottom of each limiting rod through threads. The problem that the connecting steel shakes severely during collision is avoided, the stability of the H-shaped steel on the adjacent connecting steel is guaranteed, and meanwhile, quick connection of multiple sets of steel structures is effectively guaranteed.
