Integral construction method for oversized concrete embedded parts and beam steel bars
The invention discloses an integral construction method for oversized concrete embedded parts and beam steel bars. The embedded parts are fixed firstly, then beam steel bar construction is conducted, and finally integral hoisting is conducted in place. The integral construction method comprises the construction steps that (1) the left embedded part and the right embedded part are temporarily fixed on a flat site according to the drawing size; (2) beam stirrups arranged between the left embedded part and the right embedded part in the front-back direction are sequentially fixed to the left embedded part and the right embedded part in a spot welding mode; (3) beam longitudinal steel bars in the front-back direction sequentially penetrate into the position between the left embedded part and the right embedded part and are temporarily fixed to anchor bars and the beam stirrups on the embedded parts; (4) beam transverse steel bars in the left-right direction are sequentially welded to the beam longitudinal steel bars, and thus the left embedded part and the right embedded part are connected into a whole; and (5) the left embedded part and the right embedded part are integrally hoisted to a formwork supporting frame at the mounting position through a crane, and formworks at the front ends and the rear ends of the left embedded part and the right embedded part are packaged after fine adjustment. According to integral mounting of the embedded parts, the surface flatness of the embedded parts is ensured, the mounting quality of the embedded parts is improved, collision of the anchor bars and the beam steel bars of the embedded parts is avoided, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种超大混凝土埋件和梁钢筋整体施工方法,先固定埋件,再进行梁钢筋施工,最后整体吊装到位,其施工步骤为:①在平整场地上将左、右两件埋件按照图纸尺寸临时固定;②将左、右埋件之间沿前、后向设置的梁箍筋依次点焊固定在左、右埋件上;③将前、后向的梁纵向钢筋依次穿入左、右埋件之间并与埋件上的锚筋和梁箍筋临时固定;④在梁纵向钢筋上依次焊接左、右向的梁横向钢筋而将左、右埋件连成一个整体;⑤用吊车将左、右埋件整体吊装到安装位置的模板支撑架上,微调后封装左、右埋件前、后两端的模板。本发明埋件的整体安装,保证了埋件的表面平整度,提高了埋件安装质量,避免了埋件锚筋和梁钢筋发生碰撞,大大提高了施工效率。
