Composite tenon, wooden component connecting method and wooden assembly
The invention provides a composite tenon, a wooden component connecting method and a wooden assembly. The composite tenon comprises a wood-based tenon blank and a metal rod, wherein the wood-based tenon blank is provided with a preset hole extending in a direction perpendicular to a cross section of the wood-based tenon blank, at least one part of the metal rod is arranged in the preset hole, and the preset hole is in interference fit or threaded connection with the metal rod. The composite tenon effectively combines two excellent characteristics of high connection rigidity and desirable connection toughness of a beech tenon, and effectively avoids phenomena of high brittleness during connection of the composite tenon and extrusion and slippage of the metal rod during earlier-stage connection and stress; and therefore, the wooden assembly using the composite tenon as a connecting piece for reinforcing has advantages of being stable in connection and simple in structure.
本发明提供了一种复合榫、木质构件的连接方法及木质组合件,其中,本发明实施例的复合榫包括木基榫坯和金属杆,所述木基榫坯具有沿垂直于所述木基榫坯的横截面的方向延伸的预设孔,所述金属杆至少一部分设于所述预设孔内,且所述预设孔与所述金属杆过盈配合或螺纹连接。本发明实施例的复合榫有效结合了榉木榫连接刚度高和连接韧性好两大优良特性,有效避免了复合榫连接时因脆性大以及金属杆连接前期受力时受挤压滑移现象。因此,采用本发明实施例中复合榫作为连接件加固的木质组合件具有连接稳固、结构简单的优点。
