The invention discloses a cast-in-place light external wall panel with embedded light steel keels. The cast-in-place light external wall panel comprises a wall body, wherein stand columns are arranged on the two sides of the wall body, cross beams are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the wall body, the wall body comprises a concrete pouring part and keels parallel to the stand columns, the keels are arranged between the two stand columns at intervals, connecting pieces are arranged on the cross beams, the end parts of the keels are fixedly arranged on the connecting pieces, the section of each keel is of a U-shaped structure, each keel comprises a web plate and a wing plate, the external wall panel is attached to the web plate, a channel is formed in each wing plate, a steel bar is arranged in each channel in a penetrating mode, and the steel bars penetrate through all the keels between the two stand columns. The connecting pieces are arranged on the cross beams, the ends of the keels are fixed to the connecting pieces, the relative positions of the keels are further guaranteed through cooperation with the steel bars between the keels, then the wall panel is integrally poured on site in a formwork erecting mode, the poured wall panel is light in self weight, adverse factors on stress of a main body structure due to the fact that the overall mass of the wall panel is too large are reduced, later-period built-in construction is facilitated, the working efficiency is improved, and the utilization rate of the internal space is increased.
