The invention discloses a quick-release isolation device for patients with severe respiratory diseases. The quick-release isolation device comprises a top plate, isolation mechanisms and limiting mechanisms. A support is rotationally connected with the rear end of the top plate, and the lower end of the support is connected with the rear end of a U-shaped ground rail by screws; the isolation mechanisms are slidably connected with slide grooves which are correspondingly formed in the opposite inner side surfaces of the top plate and the ground rail and are bilaterally symmetrically arranged, and sealing strips which are matched with the isolation mechanisms are bilaterally symmetrically arranged on the front side surface of the support; the limiting mechanisms are inserted in positions between the top plate and the ground rail, are bilaterally symmetrically arranged and are matched with the isolation mechanisms on the same side.
