The slurry is prepared from the following components by weight: 1.5 to 2.5 kg of polystyrene particles, 45 to 55 kg of magnesium oxide, 45 to 55 kg of magnesium sulfate, 7 to 12 kg of calcium carbonate, 2.5 to 3.5 kg of silica fume, 1.5 to 2.5 kg of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, 280 to 320 kg of cellulose, 4.5 to 5.5 kg of calcium chlorate, 4.5 to 5.5 kg of calcium silicate and 37 to 44 kg of water. According to an insulation board manufactured by the energy-gathering fireproof insulation board slurry, magnesium sulfate is used for replacing magnesium chloride, so that the performance of the insulation board is not changed, and precipitation of salt and alkali substances is avoided. Technical indexes of the insulation board manufactured by using the energy-gathering fireproof insulation board slurry are detected and determined by related departments as follows: the combustion performance is A2 level; the heat conductivity coefficient is less than or equal to 0.045 w/m.DEG C (watt/m.degree); the compressive strength is not less than 2Mpa; and the density is 120-170 kg/m < 3 >.
