A method for reducing the shrinkage rate of a permanent magnetic ferrite material uses chlorine salt as a low-shrinkage-rate additive. Under the condition that the formula is not greatly adjusted, a conventional production process is adopted, the problem that the product size is abnormal due to fluctuation of the shrinkage rate of raw materials is solved, meanwhile, the magnetic performance of the product is not affected, products with different dimensional tolerance specifications can be manufactured through the same mold, and the production cost is obviously reduced.
一种减小永磁铁氧体材料收缩率的方法,使用氯盐作为低收缩率添加剂。本发明能够在不对配方进行大幅调整的情况下,采用常规生产工艺,解决原料收缩率波动引起的产品尺寸异常问题,同时产品的磁性能不受影响,也使得同一副模具可以制造不同尺寸公差规格的产品,明显降低了生产成本。
