The foamed ceramic plate comprises aggregate, a binding material, reinforced fibers, a surfactant and deionized water. The preparation method of the foamed ceramic plate comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and ball-milling aggregate and deionized water, then adding a binding material and a surfactant, conducting mixing, finally adding reinforced fibers, and uniformly conducting mixing to obtain ceramic slurry; S2, subjecting the ceramic slurry to spray granulation and drying treatment to obtain ceramic granules; S3, pressing the ceramic particles into a ceramic plate and drying the ceramic plate; and S4, calcining, cooling and finishing the ceramic plate material to obtain a foamed ceramic plate finished product. The foamed ceramic plate prepared by the invention has excellent sound shielding effect and structural stability, and is suitable for large-scale popularization.
