The invention discloses a movable emulsified asphalt spreader which comprises a movable frame, an emulsified asphalt tank, a gasoline blower, a spraying steel pipe, a hose, a branch pipe, a proportional electromagnetic valve, an emulsified asphalt connecting oil pipe, an anti-splashing cover and an adjusting mechanism; the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the spraying angle of the spraying steel pipe in the horizontal direction and adjusting the height of a spraying opening of the spraying steel pipe. The movable emulsified asphalt spreader has the following advantages and effects that when emulsified asphalt is sprayed to the side face of a structure, the emulsified asphalt flows down from the emulsified asphalt tank, opening and closing and flow control are controlled through the proportional electromagnetic valve, when the emulsified asphalt is conveyed into the spraying steel pipe, the emulsified asphalt is sprayed out of the spraying steel pipe under the action of wind power through the gasoline air blower, and the atomized spraying effect is achieved; meanwhile, the anti-splashing cover plays a role in preventing atomized emulsified asphalt from splashing, so that the sprayed coating edge is uniform and complete; meanwhile, the spraying direction and the spraying height of the spraying steel pipe can be adjusted through the arrangement of the adjusting mechanism.
