The cement foundation tamping device for the building comprises a base plate, a rolling mechanism and a flattening mechanism are fixed to the two sides of the outer wall of the bottom of the base plate, one end of the rolling mechanism is in transmission connection with a driving mechanism, a mounting opening is formed in the middle of the base plate, and a transverse guide mechanism is fixed in the mounting opening; a lifting mechanism is fixed to the transverse guide mechanism, a leveling mechanism is fixed to the bottom end of the lifting mechanism, the transverse guide mechanism comprises two guide rods, the two guide rods are slidably sleeved with sliding blocks, the two ends of each guide rod are sleeved with transverse springs, one side of each sliding block is attached to the inner wall of the mounting opening, and the outer wall of the other side of each sliding block is fixedly connected with the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism comprises two sleeves, sleeve rods are movably inserted into the bottom ends of the sleeves, threaded grooves are formed in the top ends of the sleeve rods, screw rods are movably inserted into the top ends of the sleeves, and the screw rods and the threaded grooves are in threaded insertion fit. According to the device, the vibration acting force can be well buffered in the conduction process.
