The concave base, the sliding plate cushion block and the convex rotating block serve as arch feet, and the bearing capacity of the device is improved; in addition, a polytetrafluoroethylene sliding plate cushion block is arranged, the friction coefficient of a rotation interface is reduced, free rotation of the arch springing is achieved, main arch redundant force is reduced, and structural performance is improved.
