The invention discloses a method for construction on the outer side of a bridge guardrail. According to the method, a movable working platform used for construction on the outer side of a bridge guardrail is used. The mobile working platform comprises a counterweight frame and a suspension platform, the counter weight frame comprises a counter weight platform used for containing counter weights, a stand column and a cantilever, wherein the cantilever is arranged above the balance weight platform through the stand column and extends to the outer side of the balance weight platform; the suspension platform comprises a standing platform and a suspension vertical rod; the standing platform is hung on the cantilever through the hanging vertical rod, and the standing platform is located below the cantilever. The movable working platform is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and convenient to implement, and realizes the purpose that workers can be safely transported to a target area for construction without using large machines. Due to the arrangement of the multiple sets of reinforcing ribs, the service life of the working platform is prolonged, and the use strength is improved; meanwhile, by means of the universal wheels, so that the working platform achieves a movable function, and the working efficiency can be effectively improved.
