Herein, the first driving gear is driven by a second motor, and the first driving gear drives a first driven gear in meshed connection with the outer side of the top to rotate, so that the first driven gear can drive an atomizing water sprayer to be adjusted up and down through a fixing rod on the outer wall of one side; then, the first motor is started, the fixing frame is driven by the first motor to be adjusted left and right through the annular sliding groove, therefore, the angle of water can be adjusted according to needs during spraying, and use is convenient.
