The invention provides a regional ecological remediation device based on territorial space planning, and relates to the technical field of ecological remediation for territorial planning. The regional ecological remediation device comprises a bedplate, wherein the bedplate is supported on a mobile machine, a collecting box is inserted into the bedplate, the opening of the collecting box faces the front side, a lifting box is inserted into the top end of the collecting box, the collecting box communicates with the lifting box, and one end of the lifting box is fixedly connected with a spraying pipe. The problems that in the existing stone filling and iron gauze covering process, a large number of workers are needed for participation, multiple machines are matched with each other, the working efficiency is low, and proper remediation according to the unified standard is not convenient to conduct are solved. A conveying belt is driven by starting a motor B which is installed on one side of a conveying frame, so that stones which fall off through the material collecting box are conveyed to a ramp of a river channel, and in the stone conveying process, the orientation of the conveying frame can be adjusted by starting a hydraulic push rod A which is installed on one side of a support.
