The invention relates to a building energy-saving wall. The building energy-saving wall comprises an outer wall plate, an outer heat preservation plate, an inner heat preservation plate and an inner wall plate which are sequentially connected from outside to inside, the outer heat preservation plate is provided with a plurality of round first heat preservation discs, and each first heat preservation disc comprises a first heat preservation part and a first heat conduction part; and the inner heat preservation plate is provided with second heat preservation discs corresponding to the first heat preservation discs in a one-to-one mode, the second heat preservation discs are rotationally connected with the inner heat preservation plate in the vertical circumferential direction, each second heat preservation disc comprises a second heat preservation part and a second heat conduction part, and the circumferential movement path of each second heat conduction part passes through the corresponding first heat conduction part. According to the building energy-saving wall, the first heat conduction part and the second heat conduction part can be staggered or make contact through different rotating positions of the second heat preservation disc, so that switching of the heat preservation state and the heat conduction state of the energy-saving wall is achieved, and the indoor temperature is effectively adjusted.
