Pile hole perpendicularity and hole diameter tester for cast-in-situ bored pile
The invention provides a pile hole perpendicularity and hole diameter tester for a cast-in-situ bored pile. The tester comprises a base, supporting legs, measuring rods, springs, a movable rod and a pressing rod, wherein a groove is formed in the base, horizontal scale lines are arranged beside the groove, and the pressing rod penetrates through the groove; a first connecting device is arranged at the bottom of the pressing rod, a second connecting device is arranged on the movable rod, and the second connecting device is arranged below the first connecting device; the plurality of measuring rods are arranged in a circumferential mode; the top ends of the measuring rods are hinged to the first connecting device, the springs are in one-to-one correspondence with the measuring rods, and the springs are connected with the second connecting device and the measuring rods; and vertical scale lines are arranged on the pressing rod. Compared with the prior art, the tester has the advantages that the redundant steps of taking out the tester and readjusting the tester due to the fact that the tester is not attached in place during perpendicularity measurement are not needed; and meanwhile, the value of the hole diameter is measured through the horizontal scale lines on the base, so that the operation is easier, and the reading is convenient.
