The invention discloses a plant screening method in treatment and restoration of subside seeper in a coal mine area, and belongs to the field of treatment of the subside seeper in the coal mine area and ecological restoration. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, determining the position and matrix condition of a subside seeper area of coal mining; step 2, screening plants; step 3, conducting plant configuration; step 4, planting slope revetment plants; step 5, planting plants in a buffer area; and step 6, maintaining the plants. According to the method, vegetation suitable for growing is screened out from an aquatic plant zone, a bank slope plant zone and a buffer area plant zone to construct the wetland landscape of a subsidence zone and a corresponding vegetation landscape configuration mode of the wetland landscape, so that the problems of fuzzy plant screening and unclear proportion configuration in the treatment and restoration processes of the coal mining subsidence zone are effectively solved, the effects of adsorbing, degrading and purifying wetland plants on pollutants are better exerted, the biodiversity is maintained, the species stability in an ecological region is enhanced, the surrounding human settlement environment is improved, and the method can be popularized and applied to plant screening for treatment and restoration of similar mining areas.
