Putty with crack repairing function and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to putty with a crack repairing function, which comprises a liquid material and a powder material, the liquid material is prepared from the following raw materials: pure deionized water, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, emulsified asphalt and VAE emulsion, and the powder material is prepared from the following raw materials: grey cement, quartz sand, heavy calcium powder, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, wood fibers, hydroxypropyl starch ether and fumed silica. The provided putty not only has a flexible property of conventional putty in the primary stage, but also has a crack self-repairing function and can automatically repair fine micro-cracks, caused by cracking of a base layer, of a putty layer, the overall flexibility of a decorative layer is improved, and later-stage falling and repairing risks are reduced; the exterior wall putty product with the crack repairing function can greatly reduce the overall maintenance cost of building decoration engineering and prolong the service life of a building exterior wall decoration layer; and therefore, the development and research work of the putty with the crack repairing function is carried out.
