The invention discloses seamless wall cloth and a preparation process and a construction process thereof. The seamless wall cloth comprises wall cloth and a release hot-melt film arranged on the back of the wall cloth, wherein the release hot-melt film comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-50% of PE, 5-15% of PET, 15-25% of polyolefin and 20-35% of filling master batch. According to the invention, a novel release hot-melt film with release property is used as the back glue of wall cloth, so that the quality of the wall cloth is improved, secondary release paper film coating is not needed during production, the preparation process is simplified, the preparation cost is reduced, and the construction difficulty can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种无缝墙布及其制备工艺、施工工艺，无缝墙布包括墙布和设于墙布背面的离型热熔膜，离型热熔膜按重量百分比计包括如下组分：PE 30‑50％、PET 5‑15％、聚烯烃15‑25％、填充母料20‑35％。本发明通过自身具备离型性的新型离型热熔膜作为墙布的背胶，提升墙布品质的同时，在生产时无需二次离型纸覆膜，简化了制备工艺，降低了制备成本；并且能够降低施工难度。
