According to the method, the screw spikes are anchored into the preformed holes, the track panel is produced and laid mechanically, the formwork is transformed, the sulfur anchoring step in track panel production is omitted, working hours are saved, the construction quality is improved, and the method is simple in process, only needs one-time formwork transformation and is low in cost; the construction is safe and reliable, the working condition of personnel is improved, and the defects that the traditional sulfur anchoring agent needs hot melting and hot construction, the working condition is poor, the environment is polluted and the like are overcome; a safe, economic and pollution-free new way is opened up, and the method is worthy of popularization and application.
